Purpose of operating reporting

Reporting of Ethical Violations receives reports of unfair practices (bribery, hospitality, missing sales, unfair trade, and other fraudulent acts) by our directors or employees or the employees of our suppliers and receives good opinions for Jeong-Do Management.

- We inform you that all articles received here will be handled through strict security and safety.
- We will ensure that no disadvantages occur to those who have received consultation or made reports.
- Please write reports based on 5Ws and 1H, and if the content is inaccurate, it may be excluded from investigation.
- Please refrain from any act that defames an individual's reputation by reporting false information.

Bribery, monetary transactions, offering and receiving entertainment
Company information and manpower leakage
Disputes related to subcontracting transactions, such as violations of the Subcontracting Act, etc.

Protection of whistleblowers or informants

We at Kwangjin Chemical will keep the identities of whistleblowers and informants secret, and will not give them any disadvantages due to whistleblowing, reporting, statements, provision of data, etc.
We will investigate and handle the received information as soon as possible and reply with the results through the method desired by the whistleblower or informant.
Please fill out the whistleblowing or reporting information based on the 5Ws and 1H as much as possible, and if the content is inaccurate, the whistleblowing or reporting information may be excluded from the investigation.
In the case of anonymous reporting, if the content is not specific and the basis of the facts is unclear, the investigation may not proceed.
